There is a minimum fee equivalent to two days boarding rising to three days over any part of a weekend and seven days over Christmas, New Year.
We regret that cancellations less than two weeks before the start of your stay (four weeks at Christmas), or if you fail to bring your cat in for your booking, will be charged at full rate unless we can re-let the accommodation.
Cancellations outside the two week period will be charged at £20.

Closed for delivery/collection of cats on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
